Welcome to the Policies page of Deluxe-Smiles Photography. Here, we outline our policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients. From booking a session to receiving your final images, we are committed to transparency and professionalism every step of the way.

Booking Process
To secure a session with Deluxe-Smiles Photography, we require a non-refundable " Retainer Fee " at the time of booking. This Fee will be deducted from the total session fee. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired date and time. In case of rescheduling or cancellations, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Image Delivery
After your session, we can sit down and choose the images you desire to be edited, or you can trust our team to carefully select and edit the best images to deliver to you within 2 weeks on a usb Flash drive complimentary of our service. You will have the option to see every photo taken from the photoshoot, and then if chosen you'll see the edited photos. Either way every image will be at your fingertips, and we also offer professional printing services for physical copies of your favorite photos.

Privacy Policy
At Deluxe-Smiles Photography, we respect your privacy and confidentiality. If you have any concerns about privacy, please contact us to discuss your preferences. Your images may be used for marketing purposes only with your explicit permission. Your personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties for the purpose of marketing. No mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
